Excellent service. There were some very difficult pieces of furniture to move but they handled them beautifully. Hansen made our moving experience a lot less stressful than it would otherwise have been. Much appreciated - thank you.

I have used Hansen Bros. on and off for about 20 years and it has always bee a good experience. I still have a storage box with them and I have used them for instate moves. Solid.

"Extraordinary" is the right word to place in your survey because, in my experience, too often a service provider does not do what they say they will do. Ronald, Hung, and Carlos P helped me navigate my relocation from the origin side of things and they did great job. Ronald lead his crew with expertise and care. He was extremely professional even with a hiccup in the job order where they didn’t mention his crew would be packing. Hung and Carlos were also hard workers trying to make up for the time lost. Hansen bros made the initial hiccup right by sending more people after speaking with my company’s move coordinator to help make this job happen on time before I had to travel cross country.

Thank you to Pete and the two hardworking folks from the moving crew (I am so sorry to have missed their names in the frantic moments of making sure everything had been packed) who helped my daughter move to her new apartment in Mill Creek. Everything arrived in good order, and the various items which had to be disassembled for the move were reassembled very satisfactorily! We received timely responses from Nicole. Move day was executed flawlessly with packers (Luanne and Deysi) and moving guys. They were able to reduce a very stressful situation by their professionalism. Thanks to the entire team. PS We noticed after the guys left that bed foot pads were missing, called the office and within the hour, the pads were delivered and installed. It's the little details that count!

Art , Ronald, and Christopher were fast and careful with our items. We appreciated they kept the move areas cleaned up. Job was completed above you expectations.
