Brad arranged the move very efficiently. The team was there on time and helped me load a Uhaul that I took to Canada, as well as moved the goods I am storing into your storage area. Overall the experience was very good. The team at our home did a very good job. - Russ

Fantastic experience with Hansen Brothers! We had a storage pod that needed to be moved from Seattle to DC. Pete handled everything for us! He set the transit up, found someone in dc that would accept the freight and communicated every step of the way. From the time I called to set up to the time I was moving my stuff dd out of the pod was about a week and a half. Great experience!

Eduardo, Jorge, and Carlos showed up at 9am, right on time. All were very pleasant, introducing themselves by name on arrival. Eduardo was in charge of details and paperwork. All 3 set to the task of securing all furnishings against damage, cataloging every item they wrapped and all of those we pre-packed. They worked with relentless energy and strength until all was loaded into the truck! This was a difficult move in that our house was 3-storied. We couldn't have asked for a more proficient team. Also, we had an irate neighbor who wanted the truck moved mid-process, so she could leave. It was our error, as we believed her to be in Phoenix. Though she was hostile and threatening them, they politely took up the ramp, backed up, and she left. Great training they must have had to so politely react. She was definitely " in their faces!" Good job, guys, all the way round.

Talked with Dave over the phone as I have been planning this move remotely! He was great and made the process very easy! I was not there yesterday when the actual move took place. But I do know they arrived on time and there were no hiccups!!! Things went smoothly! Very easy!

Everything about this move was great. Brad did an excellent job quoting and fine tuning our estimate for success. Andrew and his team on the day of packing and the day of delivery were fantastic. Really grateful for all their help, flexibility and attention to detail. We really liked having the option to drop off 2 items at an address nearby. Great experience overall.
